Shakespeare Stars!
Afternoon everyone, Year 4 and 5 had a great afternoon yesterday getting into character for our upcoming festival where we will be performing parts of Romeo and Juliet. They were all absolutely fantastic working in groups, rehearsing lines and performing for everyone else. It is an excellent opportunity for the children and they thoroughly enjoy! Enjoy the photos :) Mrs Bailey and Miss Worth.
Children in Need 2018
All adults should do what is best for you. When adults make decisions, they should think about how their decisions will affect children. You have the right to choose your own friends and join or set up groups, as long as it isn't harmful to others . This year we talked about Children In Need and how they need help and how we can help them. We dressed up in spots and Pudsey themed clothes and donated money to help children who are not as fortunate as us. We donated money so people can do things like buy medicine, provide better services, help children who are poorly or who are too sad to do normal things, children who need new clothes, better homes so they can have a life like we have. We want all of the children to have a safe place to live because You have the right to live with your parent(s), unless it is bad for you. You have the right to live with a family who cares for you.
